If a 4 Ω resistor, a 7 Ω resistor, and a 12 Ω resistor are connected in a series, which resistor has the most current in it?

The current is the same at every point in a series circuit, so
each of those resistors has the same current flowing through it.

The current in that particular circuit is

(battery voltage) / (23) amperes.
