a variable, so I will use the variable X then your hours completed which is 48, so it looks like (X + 48) now we have to compare it to how many hours he needs to do. Because it says at least we use the sign , Now the equation is X + 48 75.

R is the amount of hours remaining to complete the requirement
R + 48 ≥ 75
Subtract 48 from both sides of the equation:
R ≥ 27
He has to complete an amount of hours greater than or equal to 27
