easy

a quadatic is 2n degree
the roots of a quadratic equation are
f(x)=(x-r1)(x-r2) where r1 and r2 are the roots

if the roots aka x interctps are -2 and 1/3
f(x)=(x-(-2))(x-1/3)
f(x)=(x+2)(x-1/3)
f(x)=x^2+5/3x-2/3 is the equation
