3, 10, 5, 12, 7

When you count from 3 to 7 in the clock above you can see there is a differnce of 7

Also, when you count from 10 to 5, there is a differnce of 7.

Therefore there is a common difference of 7

To find the next 3 terms, we have:

From the last term given in the sequence which is 7, count 7 units, we have 2.

Also from 2 count 7 units, we get 9.

In the same way, count 7 units from 9, we get 4.

Therefore, the next three terms in order are 2, 9, and 4
