Process of elimination,
--> Viruses are simpler than bacteria, therefore smaller (Can't be A)
--> Viruses don't contain organelles to conducted cellular respiration (Can't be B)
--> Viruses can only have either DNA or RNA, so when they enter a cell they either use reverse transcriptase or DNA replication, not both (Can't be C)
Therefore last answer is correct + I know that is the case
