6. Sophina bought 3 yards of trim to put around arectangular scarf. She wants the width of the scarfto bea whole number that is at least 6 inches and at most 12inches. If she uses all the trim, what are the possibledimensions of her scarf? Write your answers in inches

Well simply we need to understand how many feet there are in a yard
in this case
1 yard = 3 feet
1 foot = 12 inches
so 12 x 3 = 36
So the total perimeter of her scarf was 36 inches!
so some possible dimentions of her scarf could be 7 inches wide and 11 inches long.
if we check that
7 + 7 + 11 + 11 = 36!
so this is a correct possibility
