Ok I have some tips but idk how much good they'll do you.
1. it's good if your a naturally tall person
2. Be fast
3. Hold the pole at a higher point
4. Don't slow down during the last 3 strides like many people do
5. keep an upright posture
6. keep your body rigid at the instant of planting the pole
7. Plant the pole when you are on your toes
8. jump forward at upward at takeoff
9. keep the pole bent by hanging and swinging from your top handgrip
