with the table we can se if the points have a slope with the formula:

m=\frac{y_2-y_1_{}_{}}{x_2-x_1}

and we replace the values in the table so:

\begin{gathered} m=(19-14)/(4-3)=5 \\ m=(29-24)/(6-5)=5 \end{gathered}

so the slope is constante, now we can find the intercept with the y axis like:

5=(y-24)/(0-3)

and we solve for y so:

\begin{gathered} -15=y-24 \\ y=24-15 \\ y=9 \end{gathered}

So this is a function, and the formula is:

y=5x+9
