(3)/(x+1)^((6)-(1)/(2)^((3x+3)=(1)/(3x+3)^((2) \\\\ 18-3x-3=2 \\\\ -3x+15=2\\\\ -3x=2-15 \\\\-3x=-13 \\\\ \boxed{x=(13)/(3)}
