B) decreasing; the slope of the line between D and E is negative.
you can rule A out because the graph isn't constant.
You can rule C out because the slope between DandE is going downward (negative slope)
and you can rule D out because the line between DandE is a straight line so it's identified and again its moving downward so it's negative
