Wrong the answer is not Condescending! I believe it is B. (A) is wrong on PLATO!!!!!!!!!!

The answer would be condescending. W. B. Yeat's is acting condescending to his imitators. He was looking down to those imitators and comparing them to  politics who do those things. Also, compared them to a dog praising his fleas.
