add -24 to -11 to get -35 then divide -35 by 5 to get -7

-7 = -11 + v/5
-7 = v/5 - 11
-7 + 11 = v/5
4 = v/5
4 Ă— 5 = v
v = 20
The answer is:
v = 20
.
