By law, a technician may fill prescriptions or physician's orders only if

A. the computer does not flash any warnings about potential issues B. he or she works with another pharmacy technician. C. a pharmacist is available to double-check the work. D. the order is a repeat of an existing order.

I believe it would be only if their work is double checked by the Pharmacist themselves. I don't think that two technicians can fill a prescription because they are both under positioned to do so. I don't think it could be if they are repeating an existing order because they may need less of something than the previous order, and I don't think it would be if the computer flashes because you may know how to get around it, or know your bosses information so therefore that would be flawful.
