What two STI’s cannot be cured and can always be passed to someone else, even if you do not have symptoms?

These two STI's are genital herpes and hepatitis B.

Both STI'S are incurable which means that once you have contracted them they are with you for life. They can be treated but not cured. They can also be passed onto someone else even if no symptoms are showing. If you know you have either you need to practice safe sex for the rest of your life.
