The correct use of the ellipses is shown in letter C. I cannot help it...I love her against reason.
Ellipses are used when omitting a word, phrase, line, or paragraph from a quote. In this case, the writer is ommitting the line that states, "reason has nothing to do with it." The other sentences do not omit information or do so incorrectly.
