Use the unit circle to identify the reference angle for 385°

The angle is in the first quadrant. Since it is an angle greater than 385 and we know is in the first quadrant we need to subtract 360° to the angle to find the reference angle, hence we have:


385-360=25

Therefore, the reference angle is 25°
