Why does a heated mirror not become misty and stays clear

Mist is caused by low temperatures, in low temperatures water vapour is evident and because the temperature is low there are IMF forces holding these molecules together therefore accounting for Mist being on a screen in cold weathers, in hot weathers the kinetic energy of the water particles increase thus the molecules of water disappears.

A mirror only mists because the air is hot and the mirror is cold and if it is heated than the steam wont make the mirror become misty....
