I think the internet ingeneral just look up what you want to learn and practice i learned im lost pretty fast

Look for some videos on the easiest way to learn any language. Look for some YouTube videos of people explaining how they learnt, get some good grammar books, learn pronunciation first and reading then move from there. That will help you understand where German words are coming from and how they sound. Then get up on your listening and reading skills. Writing and spelling. Start creating sentences with the grammar known and you'll be on your way.
