the easist way to tell would be to convert both to m 2460/100=24.6m and .024x1000=24m thus 2460cm is bigger than 0.024km

1km=1000m\\1m=100cm\\\\therefore\ 1km=1000*100cm=100,000cm\\==================================\\0.024km=0.024*100,000cm=2400cm < 2460cm\\\\Answer:\boxed{2460cm > 0.024km}
