she sold x on one day
she sold 4 times that or 4x on another day
total is 120

x+4x=120
5x=120
divide both sidse by 5
x=24

24 tickets on friday

Hi there, let n be the tickets she sold on Sunday, let 4*n (4n) be the tickets she sold on Saturday, and 120 tickets all together. 1n+4n=120, 1n+4n=5n=120, n=120/5=24. She sold 24 tickets on Friday. Thus, your answer.
