Motorcyclists can make themselves more visible at night by putting reflective tape on their helmet and clothing.

This will make drivers more cautious because the tape will kind of have a glare to it making the cyclists easier to see.
Hope this helps!

Answer: The correct answer is C.

Step-by-step explanation:

Motorcyclists have to make themselves more visible at night by suing reflective tape both on the back of the helmet and in their clothes. Reflective tape is an adhesive, whose surface reflects light. You will be spotted immediately by a car passing by without any danger to drivers.

High beams are only used at night when you're unable to see the road in certain situations. If motorcycliests use them most of the time, this can improve the risk of blinding others on the road.

Both driving at slower speeds and in the center of the lane don't make motorcyclists more visible. They won't be spotted in the middle of the night until they are pretty close, which is going to be too late.
