Experimental probability =

(number of times the result you wanted came up)
divided by
(number of times you tried it) .

-- Number of times a 1 or a 5 came up = (10 + 6) = 16

-- Number of times you tried it = (10 + 6 + 4 + 8 + 6 + 6) = 40

-- Experimental probability = ( 16/40 ) = 2/5 = 40% .
