What is the solution to the equation 3x-5=2x+8+x?

So when solving this you are going to have to solve the equation.
Okay so first thing we need to do is simplify both sides of your equation so:
3x−5=2x+8+x
Simplifying process:
3x+−5=2x+8+x
Combine Like Terms ⇒ 3x−5=(2x+x)+(8)
3x−5=3x+8
3x−5=3x+8
Second thing we are now going to do is subtract 3x from both sides so:
3x−53x=3x+83x
−5=8
Final step is to add 5 to both sides:
−5+5=8+5
0=13
The answer to your question is "There are no solutions"
