(x + 2)^2 - 11.

Explanation:

f(x) = x^2 + 4x - 7

So x^2 + 4x = (x + 2)^2 - 4 so we have:

f(x) = (x + 2)^2 - 4 - 7

f(x) = (x + 2)^2 - 11.
