Behavior! you can't control your heredity and all genders can perform exercises and you can exercise in any environment when you have a good attitude about it.

A) Behaviour is the correct answer. By the term behaviour, we are referenceing something that the individual can impact and actually achieve. Eg. Taking exercise or altering diet. The other factors are either innate to the individual, or cannot be easily changed.
