Let x be the initial amount of cookies.

On Tuesday, it only remains x/2 of the initial cookies.

On Wednesday, (x/2)-3

And on Tuesday, ((x/2)-3)-2

On Friday, she only had 7 cookies left; this means that

(((x)/(2))-3)-2=7

Solving for x

\begin{gathered} (((x)/(2))-3)-2=(x)/(2)-5 \\ \Rightarrow(x)/(2)-5=7 \\ \Rightarrow(x)/(2)=7+5=12 \\ \Rightarrow x=24 \end{gathered}

Therefore, she baked 24 cookies on Monday
