The quotient is greater than one if the divisor is less then dividend. For example:

9 / 3 = 3
20 / 5 = 4
10 / 2 = 5

All of the quotients are greater than 1.

If the divisor is bigger or equal to the dividend, then the quotient is not greater than one. For example:

9 / 9 = 1
10 / 20 = 0,5
20 / 25 = 0,8

None of the quotients is greater than 1.
