All you have to do is take the first number and plug that in and see if comes out to be y. If you do that you should get that -10 x 3 = -30.

(x,y)
input first number for x and see if get same numbe for y
easy, see if second number is 3 times second number
A. -2 tmes 3=-9? no
B. -8 times 3=-18? no
C. -8 times 3=-3? no
D -10 times 3=-30 yes
answer is D
