7,02×1/10000 = 7,02/10000 = 7,02×10⁻⁴

Since it is a number less than 1, you are going to have a negative exponent.
Move the decimal to the right, until you have one number in the ones place.
In this case, you will move it 4 places to the right:
7.02x10^-4
OR
7.02E-4
