If two illegal aliens give birth to a child in the United States, the child is a citizen of the United States

The child is NOT considered a citizen of the U.S because he/she does not have a Green Card to make sure they belong there. On the other hand, I do think that if two "illegal" aliens came here, people would "give" or make it a Green Card, so that the government could take it to somewhere, like Area 51.
