Do you think women should have been able to vote based on the language in 15th Amendment?

Why was it necessary to amend the Constitution by ratifying the 19th Amendment?
i know the 15th amendment gave male citizens the right to vote
the 19th amendment gave female citzens the right to vote
but i dont get these two questions

yes because the 15th have every citizen and the women were also citizens because they are human being
