Rewrite the sequence to show a substitution of a nucleotide in the DNA strand.

You can do this a few ways. You just have to change one A to a T. Or you can change a C to a G, and vice versa. For example, T-C-T-G-G-A-T. Or you could as do, A-C-T-G-C-A-T.
