100/150 = (10 x 10)/(15 x 10) = 10/15

3/5 = (3 x 3)/(5 x 3) = 9/10

And 10/15 ≠ 9/15

So 100/150 ≠ 3/5

$No,\ because:\\\\(100)/(150)=(100:30)/(150:30)=((10)/(3))/(5)\\eq(3)/(5)$
