-9x- (2x)/(-3)

-9*(7) - (2*7)/(-3)

9*7 = 63

(2*7)/(-3) = (14)/(-3)

Apply the fraction rule :
(a)/(-b) = - (a)/(b)

= - (14)/(3)

-63-( -(14)/(3) )

Apply rule - ( - a) = a

-63+ (14)/(3)

Convert element to fraction :

63 = (63)/(1)

-(63)/(1) + (14)/(3)

Find the LCD 1*3 = 3

- (63*3)/(3)+ (14)/(3)

(-3+63+14)/(3) = (-175)/(3)

Apply the fraction rule :
(a)/(-b) = - (a)/(b)

= - (175)/(3)

hope this helps!
