How do I describe a typical Ancient Greek farm

The farms were small, only four or five acres of land. They often grew barley, grapes, and olives. Grapes were primarily used for wine. They mixed wine with water, it was considered bad to drink it plain. There were some large farms owned by city people. The farmers sold their products at the local market. One record shows a farmer making 30,000 drachmas a year off of a farm. Hope this helps.
