If the economists are correct in terms of determining that population growth follows an exponential model, then the answer should be 110,682. I arrived to this answer through solving for the growth rate of the population which is 18%. Then I went and solved for the projected population with this growth rate and with the value of 45,000 and used the 5 year-difference between them (2010 - 2015). All of these led me to arrive with the answer of 110,682.
