The economy started failing, and Hitler convinced the Weimar Republic that he could help them in their time of distress and fix the economy. Hitler was an extraordinary speaker and had the ability to convince people that he could bring them out of their misery. The Weimar Republic was very convinced and Hitler soon came to power of the Weimar Republic.
