I believe it was that the first ten amendments on the constitution (bill of rights) would be established. The first ten amendments give everyday basic free will to us.

Answer:

The Bill of Rights

Step-by-step explanation:

The United States Bill of Rights includes the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution. This was written in order to address the objections of Anti-Federalists, and as a promise from the Founding Fathers in order to be able to gain support for the Constitution. These amendments were largely created by James Madison, who studied the deficiencies of the Constitution and tried to find a way to solve them.
