No because 1 m equals 100 mm. So 3.2 times 100 doesnt equal 320. It equals 3200

I like to think of it like this, King Henery Doesn't Usually Drink Chocolate Milk Kilo. Hecto. Deka. Unit. Deci. Centi. Milli ( meters, grams, liters) So if you had 3.2 meters(Usually), you would move the decimal 3 places to the right, 3.2 m, 32 decimeters, 320 centimeters, 3,200 millimeters, so no 3.2 m is not the same as 320 mm
