Explanation: Cerebellum is known to be the second largest part of the brain. It lies just below the occipital lobes of the cerebrum.

This part also has two hemispheres just like that of cerebrum. A middle region called vermis connects them together.

The primary function of the cerebellum is to maintain the posture and balance of the body. It also helps in the decision making, reading, responding. It also controls the various movements of the body to adjust the positions of the body to keep us steady.
