The volume of a sphere is found with
V=(4/3)π(r³)
V=(4/3)π(1.9³)
V=(4/3)π(6.859)
V=(9.1453...)π
V=28.716
V≈28.71

The surface area is found with
A=4π(r²)
A=4π(1.9²)
A=π(3.61)
A=11.335
A≈11.34

The ratio of volume to surface area is 28.71 : 11.34.
If you round the numbers to 28.70 and 11.35, then the ratio will be 2:1.
