Why is Vikings capitalized

It is a proper noun so therefore it symbolizes something or someone. just like your name would have a capital letter at the beginning.

The word "Vikings" is capitalized because it is a proper noun, referring to an ethnic group of people who inhabited Northern Scandinavia and had impressive boatmaking skills.
But in the future, this would go in the "English" subject, not "Computers and Technology". Just FYI =)
Hope that helped!
