Molarity(M)=\frac{Mass\text{ solute}}{\text{Molecular mass solute x volume solution (L)}}

Something important: mass solute / molecular mass = Moles of solute

Then the formula becomes in Molarity = moles solute/volume solution (L)


\text{Molarity (}(mol)/(L))=\text{ }\frac{7.12\text{ moles}}{3.00\text{ L}}=\text{ 2.37 mol/L or M}

Concentration: 2.37 M
