You have four intervals. The fastest speed is where the line is steepest. That is in the last interval, from hour 4 to hour 7.

Tha change in position is 200 - 0 = 200 miles

The time interval is 3 hours

The average speed in that interval is 200 miles/ 3 hours = 67 mph.
