Julius Ceasar resolved a lot of Romes economic problems like debt. He transformed Rome from a republic to an empire. He also expanded Roman territory. I don't know much about Tiberius but he was considered an excellent General. He did really well in Germania and Gaul. Gaius Gracchus was famous for his reforms. Hadrian was famous for ruling justly and for his building projects throughout Rome and his wall in northern Britain. I don't know about Antony and Cleopatra but they sort of caused a civil war in Rome.
