I think the number should be (-45), not 45. IF this is the case:
(45) + -1 = 44
(45) x -1 = -45
Having the two numbers 45 and 44 makes this equation impossible
Your two numbers are: 45, and -1

Lets first make the factors
1* 45 = 45
3 * 15 = 45
5 * 9 = 45
So, we can pick up our number from here..
45 * 1 = 45
45 - 1 = 44
So your 2 numbers are 1 and 45..
