if the length and height of the rectangle are 2x-3 and 5(-2), respectively, the perimeter and area of the rectangle are:

Perimeter = 2*lenght + 2*height

Perimeter = 2*(2x-3) + 2(5)(-2)

Perimeter = 4x - 6 - 20

Perimeter = 4x - 26

Area = length* height

Area = (2x - 3)*(5(-2))

Area = (2x - 3)*(-10)

Area = -20x + 30
