MAD=1/(N)*(|x1-xm|+|x2-xm|+..+|xN-xm|)
=1/8(|26-24|+|22-24|+|31-24|+|18-24|+|24-24|+|22-24|+|19-24|+|30-24|)
=1/8(2+2+7+6+0+2+5+6))
=3.75
The MAD is 24.
