Without graphing, tell whether the line containing (6,-3) and (0,-8) is horizontal,vertical or neither

The y-intercept is -8 so the only way for the line to be verticle is for the other point to have a x value of 0, In order for the graph to be horizontal both of the y values of the two points would be -8, and the x values need to be different from eachother. So the answer is A) neither
