First. We calculate the value of "x"
22% of x =33
(22/100)x=33
x=(33*100)/22=150
Second: We calculate the value of "y".
44% of y =99
(44/100)y=99
y=(99*100)/44=225
Therefore:
x=150
y=225
225>150 then y>x
Answer: y is greater than x.
